“一主多配”,落实聋校个别化教学

“One Teacher and Several Assistants” to Implement Individual Teaching in Schools for the Deaf

摘要 传统聋校班级授课方式随着教育现代化的发展受到了很大的冲击,全面落实IEP目前又存在困难。本文提出“一主多配”的班级授课管理模式,立足目前聋校客观实际,让任课老师一人为主,其余辅助,共同完成教学任务。集合众人智慧,分工合作,以达到满足特殊儿童的特殊需要,落实个别化教学目的。 With the development of education modernization, traditional teaching methods have been greatly impacted in schools for the deaf, and the full implementation of the IEP is currently difficult. Based on the real situations in schools for the deaf, this paper presents a classroom teaching and management model called "one teacher and several assistants", who complete the teaching task together, so as to meet the special needs of the children and implement the purpose of individualized education.
