摘要
通过化学分析、力学性能试验、扫描电镜及X射线能谱、金相分析等方法对某管道工程法兰与异径管对接焊缝的打底环焊缝开裂的原因进行分析。分析认为,此次开裂的原因是焊接时焊缝中存在S低熔点共晶杂质元素而造成的热裂纹以及焊接产生的淬硬组织、较大的焊接拘束力造成的冷裂纹共同作用所致。
The chemical composition analysis, mechanical testing, metallographic, scanning e lectron microscope and EDS analysis were used to analyze the reasons of the cracking of the backing weld of flange and diameter pipe cracked in a pipe project construction. Through the analysis, the cracking reason is the hot cracking caused by the existence of S eutectic point impurities in weld and the cold cracking caused by quenched structure and large welding restraint stress. In order to avoid the similar situation, the author proposes recommendations.
