摘要
针对连续重整装置预加氢系统腐蚀问题,分析了其腐蚀机理,并提出了在低温易腐蚀部位增设备用脱氯罐的解决方案。此方案建成备用后,不但可以解决预加氢系统因脱氯剂更换造成的计划停工问题,而且对预加氢系统长周期平稳运行及降低投资成本有着积极的作用。
Aiming at the corrosion problem of pre hydrogenation system of CCR unit, the corrosion mechanism is analyzed. Combined with the actual situation, a solution is proposed to add an alternate dechlorination tank in the low temperature and corrosion place. This scheme can solve the problem that a planned breakdown is caused by changing antichlor, not only to ensure the long-term stable operation of device, but also reduce the investment cost.
