摘要
表面蒸发式空冷器具有高效、节能、环保等优点,在石油、化工等行业应用广泛,若其翅片管上结垢,则会大幅降低翅片管传热效率,同时降低进风量,严重影响光管管束的水膜蒸发传质传热,大幅降低工艺介质的冷却效果。通过其结垢原因的分析与除垢方法的探讨,得出只有严格控制循环冷却水的水质,才能保证设备稳定运行。
Surface evaporative air cooler is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, with the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental preservation. If the finned tube is fouled, it would decrease the heat transfer efficiency of finned tube and reduce the supply air rate, and seriously affect the smooth tube bundles of water film evaporation heat transfer, which great ly reducing the cooling effect of the process medium. Through the analysis of the causes of foul- ing as well as cleaning methods of water quality, it is concluded that the strict control of circulat- ing cooling water can ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
