Common Accident`s Prevention and Treatment Measures of Separating Outside Smelter with Oxygen Enriched Bottom Blowing

红透山冶炼厂采用炉外分离卧式富氧底吹熔池炼炉新工艺对原富氧密闭鼓风炉炼铜工艺改造,对新工艺易产生喷炉、下料口粘结、死炉、炉壳烧穿、咽喉口堵塞及溜槽跑铜跑渣等常见异常情况产生原因进行了技术分析,对预防措施及处理办法的进行了方案制定和人员培训,保证了在试生产阶段炉的安全运转工作。

The new process of copper smelting with oxygen enriched bottom blowing has been used instead of the process of copper smelting with oxygen enrichment closed--top blast furnace. Technical analysis on common--abnormal situation which is spraying furnace, feed port bonding, furnace--shutdown, furnace shell burned--through, throat--blocking and chute running copper slag has been carried on, project establishment and personel training on preventing measure and treatment method have been completed, which ensured safety operation during trial production stage.
