摘要 通过分析新型共聚酯(PARSTER?)中第三单体间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPM)和第四单体二甲基-1,3-丙二醇(MPD)的特性及参与反应的方式,确定了PARSTER?生产的工艺设计。根据工艺设计的要求,通过设备改造及工艺调整,实现了PARSTER?在10万t/a聚酯连续生产线上的稳定生产,得到了性能指标合格的产品。 By analyzing characteristic and reaction way of the third monomer (SIPM) and the fourth monomer (MPD) in the new co-polyester (PARSTER ), the production process design of PARSTER is set up. According to requirements of process design, the stable production of PARSTER is realized on the 100 000 t/a polyester continuous production line and quality product is obtained through equipment modification and process adjustment.
