Automatic Controlling Technique in Bicomponent Industrial Yarn Production

结合实际项目案例,阐述了复合工业丝生产中控制系统的软硬件组成、系统通讯功能、控制原理及控制方式等,通过PLC和工业组态软件WINCC组成自动化监控系统,对复合工业丝纺丝生产过程中的运行状况进行远程控制,同时对各相关工艺参数进行实时动态显示并作为历史数据记录、保存。

On basis of actual production cases, the following aspects in the production of bicomponent industrial yarn are described： the composition of both hardware and software in the whole control system, system communication, control principle and mode. By means of PLC and industrial configuration software WINCC, an automatic monitoring system is formed to realize remote control of running conditions of bicomponent industrial yarn production, as well as real-time display of relevant parameters for historical data log and storage.
