巢湖及入湖河流中磺胺抗生素残留现状分析 被引量:16

摘要 为了解巢湖及其主要入湖河流水中磺胺类抗生素残留现状,采用固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)分析了巢湖湖水及南淝河等主要入湖河流水中磺胺氯哒嗪、磺胺间二甲氧嘧啶、磺胺嘧啶、磺胺二甲嘧啶和磺胺甲恶唑5种磺胺类抗生素的残留量。结果表明:湖区14个监测点湖水中磺胺类抗生素均不同程度检出,且以磺胺甲恶唑为主,5种磺胺类抗生素检出率为21%~86%,平均质量浓度为2.1~19.3 ng/L;西半湖湖心水中抗生素残留质量浓度(2.2~45.6 ng/L)明显高于东半湖湖心水(ND(未检出或低于检出限)~3.4 ng/L);巢湖北岸4个乡镇区近岸湖水中抗生素质量浓度为ND^16.2 ng/L;南淝河等主要入湖河流水中抗生素质量浓度为ND^95.6 ng/L。研究表明,巢湖及其主要入湖河流水中均有磺胺类抗生素残留,需要加强对抗生素的监测与管理。 The present paper is to identify the pollution and contamination degree caused by the sulfonamide antibiotics in the water ofChaohu lake and its inlet rivers. In it, we have adopted a solid phase extractionultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (SPE UPLC MS/MS) to analyze the five sulfonamide antibiotics, including sulfachlorpyridazine, sulfadimethoxine, sulfadi azine, sulfamethazine, sulfamethoxazole in the water of different areas of Chaohu lake and its inlet rivers. The results of our investigation in dicate that the five sulfonamide antibiotics were widely found in the presence of the lake an,d inlet rivers with detection frequency ranging from 21% 86% and the average mass concentration from 2.1 ng/L 19.3 ng/L in the fourteen sampling sites. However, sulfamethoxa zole is the key pollutant content among the five antibiotics, the mass concentrations of which were found much higher in the middle of the westhalf of the lake ranging from 2.2 to 45.6 ng/L. Meanwhile, the mass concentrations of the said antibiotics in the middle of easthalf lake were detected ranging from ND to 3.4 ng/L. It is therefore note worthy that the pollution caused by the said five sulfonamide antibi otics in the western half of the lake proved to be more serious than those in the easternhalf of the lake. And, in turn, the residents liv ing in the villages and towns near the lake had to suffer the pollution caused influence due to the excessive concentrations of sulfonamides in the lake water for their living or feeding, for the excessive concen tration of antibiotics in the water may influence the four towns and more villages to the north of the lake, which ranges from ND to 16.2 ng/L. As to the antibiotics in the inlet rivers, whose pollution con centrations were also found higher in the range from ND to 95.6 ng/L. It can thus be concluded that there has been a clearly residue level of sulfonamide antibiotics in the water of the lake and the inlet rivers around it, which has made it urgent to strengthen the monitor ing andmanagement of antibiotics pollution in the above mentioned
