摘要
通过收集整理射流管式电液伺服阀在早期故障阶段、偶然故障阶段和耗损故障阶段等不同寿命阶段的故障模式,对故障信息进行分类、归纳和统计,并运用故障模式影响及危害性分析(FMECA)方法确定薄弱环节,通过综合分析故障机理为该类产品深入开展功能和可靠性分析研究提供相应参考。
In this paper, the failure modes of jet tube hydraulic servo valve are classified, summarized and counted. These failure modes are collected in the different stages of the lifetime, such as early stages, occasional failures stages, wear and tear faults stages. Then, weaknesses are found out by using FMECA method. Finally, the paper provides the appropriate reference on reliability and function analysis of jet tube hydraulic servo valve through comprehensive analysis of failure mechanisms of these products.
