摘要 钻台是自升式钻井平台钻井模块的关键部件,直接影响平台的钻井能力。利用有限元法,结合平台钻井工艺要求,综合考虑作业过程和环境载荷的影响,对某400英尺自升式钻井平台在各作业工况下的钻台结构强度进行计算分析,获得了钻台主要结构的应力和变形分布;依据API及ABS规范探讨了其边界条件的选取和平台运动引起的钻台惯性载荷及风载荷的计算方法,并得到了相应简化公式。 The drill floor structure, which is the main structure of the drill package, directly affects the capacity of drilling unit. The finite element method is used to analyze the strength of the drill under different loading conditions, and to concern all of the environment loads and drilling technical requirements, and finally to get the stress and strain distribution of the main girders and supports. It discusses deeply the boundary condition and wave induced loads and wind loads calculation method according to the AP1 and ABS rules, and gets the simplified formulas.
