摘要
现有关于企业间合作关系影响因素的研究主要集中在发达国家,而发展中国家的研究较少。为此以我国制造企业为研究对象,并基于文献的元分析和探索性实证研究,提炼出12个企业间合作关系的影响因素,并将其归结为合作的情感、合作的态度、合作的商业文化和合作行为4个构念,且用结构方程模型进行了验证,最后提出了企业间合作关系的影响因素模型,为企业建立高效的合作关系提供了理论依据。
Current research on the influencing factors of inter - firms cooperative relations is mainly con-centrated in developed countries,less for research in developing countries. Based on literature meta - analysis and exploratory empirical research for Chinese manufacturing enterprises,12 influencing factors of the coopera-tive relationship have been extracted and attributed to four concepts:cooperative emotion,cooperative attitude, cooperative business culture and cooperative behavior. Meanwhile,structural equation model has been used to test them. Finally,the relational model of influencing factors among enterprises has been proposed,which pro-vides theoretical basis for manufacturing enterprises to establish efficiently cooperative relations.
