摘要
以Ⅱ级粉煤灰作为超细掺合料掺入到混凝土中,研究在不同水胶比、不同掺量情况下混凝土的抗冻性能。通过试验研究发现:在水胶比0.35以上时,当混凝土中不掺加引气剂,掺粉煤灰的混凝土均不能抵抗200次的冻融循环作用;当水胶比低于0.30及其以下时,粉煤灰掺量在30%以下,混凝土具有良好的抗冻性能,可抵抗200次的冻融循环作用。当混凝土中掺加引气剂,水胶比在0.40及其以下,粉煤灰掺量在50%以下时,混凝土具有良好的抗冻性能,可抵抗200次的冻融循环作用。
Ⅱ grade fly ash as superfine admixture mixed into concrete, research in different water/cement ratio and different dosage cases, is carried out to analyze antifreeze performance of concrete.Through experiment study,it is found : above the water-binder ratio of 0.35, when no adding air-entraining agent in the concrete, concrete mixed with fly ash cannot resist 200 times of freeze-thaw cycle effect ; when the water-binder ratio is lower than 0.30 and fly ash is, under 30%, the dosage of fly ash, antifreeze of concrete has a good performance ,which can resist 200 times of freezethaw cycle effect When adding air-entraining agent in concrete ,water/cement ratio is below 0.40 and fly ash is under 50% antifreeze of concrete has a good performance ,which can resist 200 times of freeze-thaw cycle effect.
