摘要
中国与拉美服务贸易互补性较强,中国服务出口与巴西、哥伦比亚、秘鲁等国存在着较强的互补性,中国服务进口与多数拉美国家存在着较强的互补性。中国与阿根廷、巴西服务贸易的竞争性较强,与其他拉美国家的竞争性较弱,且中国与多数拉美国家的竞争趋于减弱。因此,应充分发挥中国服务贸易的自身优势,利用中拉服务贸易的互补性,加强双方在金融、保险和通讯等领域的合作,出台服务进出口促进机制和扶持政策,推动中拉服务贸易的发展。
There is strong competition in service trade between China and two Latin American countries ( Argentina and Brazil) , but the competition between China and other Latin American countries is weaker. In addition, the competition in service trade between China and most Latin American countries is weakening gradually. In service sector, China ’ s export has a significant complementery relationship with import of Brazil, Colombia and Peru. China’s import also has a significant complementary relationship with import of most Latin American countries. Therefore, China should take advantage of its competitive advantage and the complementarity with the Latin American countries to promote the development of service trade.
