摘要
本研究自主设计并制造了基于RO-EDI的血液透析用水处理系统,介绍了该系统的基本原理与组成。采用药典法在产水终端输送口取样,测试了细菌总数、细菌内毒素含量及K+、Na+、Cu2+、Pb+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Mg2+等各离子含量等指标。实验结果表明:该台RO-EDI透析用水处理系统产水的微生物指标、细菌内毒素含量、离子含量等均达到了相关的国家标准要求。通过将水样送至相关权威部门检测验证,与我们自行检测结果一致,表明我们的检测方法可行。
A RO-EDI based hemodialysis water purification system was independently designed and manufactured,and its basic principles and components were introduced.According to pharmacopeia method,water samples from the delivery port terminal were tested with a series of biochemical indicators such as bacteria,bacterial endotoxin,and ions (K+、Na+、Cu2+、Pb+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Mg2+).Results showed that the produced hemodialysis water from this purification system reached relevant national standards in all in-dicators including bacteria,endotoxin,and ions.When sending water samples to relevant test authority,the consistent results verify that our equipment and test are feasible.
