某校531名本科护生评判性思维能力调查分析 被引量:20

摘要 目的评估本科护生评判性思维能力现状及分析其影响因素,为探索促进本科护生评判性思维能力提高与发展的方法提供依据。方法采用中文版评判性思维能力测量表和自行设计的一般情况调查表,调查一至三年级537名全日制本科护生。结果本科护生具有正性评判性思维能力(283.74±28.41)分,评判性思维能力较强的本科护生所占比例仅为1.51%。7个特质中,求知欲得分最高为(43.85±6.26)分,寻求真相得分最低为(35.76±5.97)分。多重回归分析结果显示:教师运用PBL的频率越低,本科护生关注外界新闻事件的频率越低、参加勤工助学的次数越少,护生评判性思维能力得分越低;本科护生参加学校活动的频率越高、与父母沟通的频率越高、年级越低以及参加见习的次数越多,其评判性思维能力得分越高。结论本科护生具有正性评判性思维能力,但评判性思维能力较强的本科护生所占比例非常低。本科护生评判性思维能力受年级、见习、关注外界新闻事件、教师运用PBL、与父母沟通、参加学校活动和勤工助学的影响。 Objective To investigate the current situation of critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates, to analyze its influ-ence factors and to provide the reference for the promotion of their critical thinking ability. Methods Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version (CTDI-CV) and a self-designed general information questionnaire were used to investigate 537 full-time nursing undergraduates. Results Nursing undergraduates scored 283.74 ±28.41 in terms of positive critical thinking and students with higher critical thinking ability accounted for only 1.51%. The score of inquisitiveness was 43.85±6.26, topping the seven aspects and that of truth seeking 35.76±5.97, which was the lowest. Multiple regression analysis showed that with lower frequency of PBL, less focus on current affairs and less participation in part-time job, students scored lower in critical thinking ability but nursing stu-dents having more school activities and probations, having better communication with parents and senior students had higher scores of critical thinking. Conclusion Nursing undergraduates have positive critical thinking ability but there are less students with higher critical thinking ability. Grade, probation, focusing on current affairs, PBL, communication with parents, part-time job and participa-tion in school activities are influence factors of students ’ critical thinking ability.
