摘要
目的:观察奥扎格雷联合特定电磁波治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法将66例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为两组,均进行有效的控制血糖、感染等常规治疗的基础上,常规组给予胰岛素合剂外用;联合组给予胰岛素合剂外用,联合奥扎格雷注射液静脉注射+特定电磁波治疗(共4周)。测定两组患者治疗前后血压、血糖、血脂、血液流变学参数和胫、腓神经运动传导速度,观察溃疡愈合时间。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者收缩压、舒张压、FPG、TG、Tch、LDL-C水平均显著降低,HDL-C水平和胫、腓神经运动传导速度显著升高,差异有显著性( t=2.652~2.836,P<0.01);治疗后上述指标两组之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后两组血液黏度明显下降(P<0.01);全血黏度低切及高切、红细胞聚集指数治疗后联合组与常规组比较,差异有显著性( P<0.01);联合组糖尿病足溃疡愈合时间显著短于常规组( t=2.103,P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷联合特定电磁波能降低血液黏度,促进糖尿病足溃疡的愈合。
Objective To observe the ozagrel combined specific electromagnetic wave clinical curative effect for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.Methods 66 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.For effective control of blood sugar , infection, etc.On the basis of conventional treatment.The use of conventional group give insulin mixture;United were given insulin mixture for external use , Combination of ozagrel sodium injection intravenous +specific electromagnetic wave therapy ( A total of four weeks ) .The determination of two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood pressure , blood sugar , blood fat, hemorheology parameters and shin ,peroneal nerve conduction velocity.Observe the ulcer healing time.Results Compared with before treatment , Two groups after treatment in patients with systolic pressure , diastolic pressure , FPG, TG, Tch, LDL-C lev-els were significantly reduced.HDL-C levels and a significant rise in tibia , sural motor conduction velocity.There are significant difference ( t=2.652~2.836,P〈0.01);The above indexes between the two groups after treatment there was no significant differ -ence compared ( P〉0.05 ); Two groups of blood viscosity decreased obviously after treatment ( P〈0.01 ); Whole blood low cut and high shear viscosity , erythrocyte aggregation index , joint group after treatment compared with normal group , There are signifi-cant difference (P〈0.01);The joint group of diabetic foot ulcer healing time was significantly shorter in the conventional group (t=2.103,P〈0.05).Conclusion Mr Of ozagrel combined specific electromagnetic wave can reduce blood viscosity , promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcers.
