23例1型糖尿病患者行猪胰岛细胞移植手术治疗的护理

Nursing of Type I Diabetic Patients with Porcine Islet Transplantation: A 23-Case Study

总结猪胰岛移植治疗1型糖尿病患者的手术治疗护理。护理重点包括:术前,做好各项专科检查,评估及筛选合适的患者,密切监测血糖,将血糖控制在理想范围,针对患者出现的心理问题(如对手术的恐惧及术后疗效期望过高)进行护理;术后,预防感染,进行保护性隔离;严密监测血糖,警惕高血糖、低血糖的出现;做好个体化饮食指导及护理,准确执行各种用药,观察药物反应;针对患者恐惧、紧张等给予心理疏导及支持;观察与预防并发症,做好出院健康宣教及出院随访。本组患者进行猪胰岛细胞移植手术治疗后,未出现明显移植排斥反应,生命体征平稳,移植治疗6个月随访血糖控制较前明显改善。

This paper summarized the nursing of type I diabetic patients with porcine islet transplantation. Routine preoperative examination was indispensible for the selecting of suitable patients whose blood glucose needed to be monitored strictly before the operation and it was significant to conduct preoperative psychological nursing. After the operation, protective isolation was carried out for the prevention of infection. Blood glucose monitoring, drug reaction and the prevention of complications were important.Personalized diet guidance and psychological nursing for the fear and nervousness of the operation benefited the recovery. Meanwhile,health education and follow-up after discharge played a critical role. After the transplantation, no significant transplantation rejection was found and patients＇ blood glucose was improved greatly in the six-month follow-up.
