摘要
柴油机的性能指标表现在多方面,比如动力性、经济性和排放性能。为了开发出满足用户需求的性能最佳的电控柴油机,需要对可能影响柴油机性能的多个参数进行详细的标定工作,即ECU数据标定。如何在ECU数据的标定中寻求一种良好的全局折衷,最终确定ECU的各种内部参数,是一项复杂的工作。在ECU数据标定过程中合理应用自动标定软件能够节省标定时间,简化标定流程。
The engine performance can be evaluated in many aspects, such as power, economy and emission. In order to develop the engines with optimized performance to meet users'needs, mul- tiple parameters influencing the engine performance need to be calibrated, i.e. ECU data calibration. It is a complex job to make a good compromise in the various internal parameters in order to determine the final ECU data. In the ECU data calibration, the reasonable application of the Auto- matic -Calibration -Software may save calibration time, simplify the calibration process.
