高血压社区规范化管理模式对患者血压的影响研究

Impact of the Community Standardization Management of Hypertension on the Blood Pressure of Patients with Hypertension

目的评价高血压社区规范化管理的血压控制效果,为社区规范化管理模式的进一步推广应用提供实证研究证据。方法将上海两个具有可比性的社区卫生服务站进行随机分组,对其中一组所辖的高血压患者进行规范化管理,对另一组所辖患者进行常规管理。1年后,比较两组高血压患者的血压值情况。结果规范化管理组和常规管理组分别纳入1 213例和1 160例高血压患者,两组患者基线高血压值差异无统计学意义,干预1年后,无论收缩压或舒张压,规范化管理组均显著低于常规管理组,P值<0.01。结论与常规管理相比,社区规范化管理更有利于降低高血压患者的血压值。

Objectives To evaluate the effect of hypertension community standardization management on blood pressure control,and to provide empirical evidence for the further popularization and application of community standardized management model.Methods Two community health service stations in Shanghai were randomly as-signed to two groups.The standardized management was performed for patients with hypertension in one group, and the routine management was carried on for patients with hypertension in another group.A year later,the blood pressures of patients with hypertension in the two groups was compared.Results The standardized management group and the routine management group included 1 213 patients and 1 1 60 patients respectively.The blood pres-sures of patients in the two groups were similar at baseline.After one year＇s intervention,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of patients in the standardized management group were significantly lower than those of patients in the routine management group （p value is less than 0.01）.Conclusions Compared with the conventional manage-ment,the community standardized management is more advantageous to reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertension.
