摘要
本文以地方教育考试机构利用大规模考试数据信息开展学业增值评价的实践为例,阐述了该实践研究持有的发展性评价理念,探讨了运用增值评价促进教育均衡发展的路径和实效。
This paper took the local educational examination authority ’s value-added academic performance assessment by using large-scale examination data for example, expounded the developmental evaluation ideas of this kind of research. It also discussed the ways and actual effects of value-added assessment on promoting educational balance.
