摘要
房价下跌、民间借贷崩盘和银行贷款不良率大幅攀升,使温州房地产金融风险空前加剧。温州房地产金融风险根源在于制造业瓶颈,金融制度的不完善起到了推波助澜的作用。只有完善金融制度,促进金融业"以实为主,虚实并进"助推制造业复苏并成功转型升级,才能解决温州市房地产金融困局,防止局部风险演化为全局性危机。
With house prices falling continues ,informal lending collapsing and bank non -performing loan rate ris-ing,the real estate financing risks having been increasing sharply in Wenzhou city .Such risks directly caused by our country ’ s financial policies and measures ,but rooted in the developing bottleneck of manufacture .Only to perfect fi-nancial system ,promote financial industry mainly serve the manufacture industry ,so that to promote manufacture in-dustry recovery and successful upgrading , can we resolve the current Wenzhou City real estate financing predica-ment,and then prevent local risk evolutes into an overall and systemic crisis .
