North normal University ’ s Librarian Science Seminar in 1920 is the first national librarian in service pro-fessional training of modern China .Participating in the seminar from the beginning to the end ,Yang Zhaozhe ’ s rele-vant articles serialized in the “Morning News”,recorded the situation of the seminar and put forward much high per-spicacity about library subjects construction and development of these career .The materials,the invaluable historic document to research the history of modern Chinese library career and education of library have an important refer -ence value for us to research Yang Zhaozhe ’ s theory of library science and practice .
