早期应用下法在老年人肺炎治疗中的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Senile Pneumonia Treated with Purgation at Early Stage

目的观察早期应用下法在老年人肺炎兼有便秘患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法将60例老年肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组运用西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,早期加用大黄外敷神阙穴联合口服中成药的治疗方法,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组的中医症状痊愈率为36.7%,显效率为63.3%、C-反应蛋白(CRP)治疗后均值为(9.60±10.19)mg·L-1,排便痊愈率为96.7%,住院天数均值为(11.20±2.35)d,对照组的中医症状痊愈率为13.3%,显效率为70%、CRP治疗后均值为(18.14±19.47)mg·L-1,排便痊愈率为13.3%,住院天数均值为(16.63±6.06)d,两组比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期应用下法治疗老年人肺炎兼有便秘患者有较好的疗效,可缩短住院时间,较快改善患者症状,且无不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on senile pneumonia complicated with consti-pation treated with purgation at early stage.Methods Sixty cases of senile pneumonia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one.In the control group,the conventional western medicine was applied.In the treatment group,on the basis of conventional treatment,the external application of rhubarb on Shenque （CV8 ）and the oral administration of patent medicine were supplemented at early stage.The clinical therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results In the treatment group, the curative rate of TCMsymptoms was 36.7%,the remarkably effective rate was 63.3%,CRP was（9.60 ± 1 0.1 9）mg/L,the curative rate of constipation was 96.7% and the mean admission duration was（1 1 .20 ± 2.35）d.In the control group,the curative rate of TCM symptoms was 1 3.3%,the remarkably effective rate was 70%,CRP was（1 8.1 4 ±1 9.47）mg·L-1 ,the curative rate of constipation was 96.7% and the mean admission duration was（1 6.63 ±6.06）d.The results in the treatment group were apparently better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The purgation at early stage achieves the satisfactory efficacy on senile pneumonia complicated with constipation.This therapy shortens the admission time,quickly relieves the symptoms of patients and has no adverse reaction.
