摘要
企业资产证券化是一种以专项计划为载体的企业未来收益权或既有债权证券化的融资方式,是融资方式变革的一个方向。按照从总体到个体、从一般到特殊的分析思路,探讨了证券公司开展企业资产证券化业务所面临的一般问题和特殊问题,并提出了解决这些问题的一般策略和特殊策略。
Enterprise asset securitization is a way of financing that takes special plan as the carrier to securitize enterprise＇ s future earnings or creditor＇s rights.It is one of the directions of the changing way of financing.Following the analysis thinking from overall to individual as well as from general to specific, this paper explores the common and special problems that securities companies are faced with, and puts forwards common and special strategies to deal with them.
