近年来,大学科技园作为科技成果转化和高校师生创新创业的基地,受到高度重视,获得了快速发展。阐述了国内外大学科技园的发展历程、发展模式及其功能,总结了目前国内国家级大学科技园的分布,另外也综述了吉林省大学科技园的发展现状,提出了大学科技园在发展中易出现的问题和建议解决思路。

In recent years,Science and Technology Parks in universities have been the entrepreneurial base and the base of transformation of scientific achievements to which great importance has been attached. The article describes the process and model of development,functions of Science and Technology Parks in domestic and foreign universities,and it summarizes the layout of the Parks and the current situation of University Science and Technology Parks in Jilin province. And in the end,it provides some rational suggests on developing University Science and Technology Parks.
