Nishan saman-i bithe is a famous religious tale of Manchu,which combines literature,language,history,religion,folklore and other levels,owning a sky-high literary and artistic value and creating a new academic school – Nishan school. The paper briefly introduces the status value of ＂ Nishan saman-i bithe＂ starting from the shaman culture,focuses on the analysis of the female image features of the protagonist Nishan shaman from the plot of the story,language and behavior,and researches the cultural connotation of Manchu and Shaman combined with folk cultural background.
