美国中小学教师评价及绩效工资管窥——以哥伦比亚公立学区IMPACT系统为例
摘要
本文简要介绍了美国哥伦比亚公立学区学校员工工作效率评价系统IMPACT推行的背景、评价对象、评价项目内容,以及与之配套的绩效奖励系统、职级晋升制度,并从科学而灵活地评价学生成绩、推行真实而平衡的教师教学能力评价、以学区为单位推进绩效工资、采用经济杠杆促进教育均衡化。
