PET/CT用于确定食管癌放射治疗靶区的研究现状
摘要
食管癌的发病率位于世界肿瘤发病率的第8位,我国是高发地区之一。食管癌总体预后差,放射治疗是食管癌治疗的重要手段。随着调强放射治疗(intensity-modulated radiation therapy,IMRT)及图像引导的放射治疗(image guiding radiotherapy,IGRT)等精确放疗的逐渐开展,临床需要更准确的检测手段来确定照射靶区。
