摘要 以本科人力资源管理专业为例,分析了高校文科专业课实训教学的现状,结合沈阳大学工商管理学院本科人力资源管理专业课实训中的主要问题,提出了探索跨课程实训模式、丰富实训内容、激发实训活力、培养综合实务型人才的高校文科专业课实训教学的未来发展方向。 Taking the bachelor degree in major of human resource management as an example, the present situation of the liberal art colleges and universities specialized practice teaching is analyzed. Combining with the problems in School of Business Administration, Shenyang University, some measures are put forward to the direction of future practice teaching development, such as exploring a new mode of practice, enriching the content of practice teaching, activating practice teaching, and cultivating comprehension practical talents.
