摘要
以2013年第十二届全运会为例,通过对全运会的高校志愿者进行调查,探讨了全运会高校志愿者的参与动机与满意度,构建了高校志愿者参与动机与满意度的关系模型。结果表明:提升自我动机、就业需求动机与外在影响动机因子对志愿者的满意度产生正向的影响,寻求奖励动机对其满意度产生反向的影响。
Taking the 12th National Games in 2013 as a case study, the university volunteers' participation motivation and satisfaction are discussed, and a relation model between volunteers' participation and satisfaction is built through a research on university volunteers participating in National Games. The result shows that the motivation of self-improvement, employment demand and external influence factors of volunteers have a positive impact on satisfaction, and getting rewards factor has a reverse impact on satisfaction.
