摘要
在北方冬季最低气温低于零度地区,大中型渠道混凝土衬砌底板部位在施工阶段容易出现冻融剥蚀破坏。结合工程实例,详细介绍了低温地区混凝土剥蚀破坏中冻融破坏的机理和修补方法。混凝土在与水长时间接触后,表层吸水饱和,经过反复冻融循环,出现表层冻融剥蚀破坏,因此,对破坏区域应进行"凿旧补新"修补。聚合物水泥砂浆是一种理想的薄层冻融剥蚀修补材料,当冻融剥蚀破坏深度浅、面积大时,可采用其作为修补材料。
In the north areas where the lowest temperature is below zero in winter,concrete lining floor of large and medium-sized open channel is prone to freeze-thaw erosion during construction.According to actual example,freeze-thaw failure mechanism for concrete freeze-thaw erosion in low temperature area and repair methods are presented in this paper.The surface will absorb water and saturate after concrete contacts with water,then there comes erosion damage after repeated freeze-thaw cycles.The damage areas should be repaired.Polymer cement mortar is a kind of ideal thin layer freeze-thaw erosion repair material.When the freeze-thaw erosion damage area is large and shallow,this can be used as repair material.
