摘要
由于目标受众的不同,译者对地方新闻英译时需应用增译法,对地方新闻中的特殊的表达方式,文化负载词及相关背景信息做相应的增补,以帮助受众更好地理解地方新闻,实现对外传播的目的,同时还可以传播地方文化,增加新闻文本的趣味性。论文以新华网有关新疆地区的报道为例,对增译法的应用进行了探讨。
Due to different target audiences and increasing proportions of local news in foreign reports it is required that the translator apply the translation method of addition in C-E news translation. The addition approach includes the special expression of regional news, culture loaded words and relevant background information, which can help audience better understand local news, improve the spread of local culture and consequently enhance the effect of cross-cultural communication. All the news cited in this paper comes from online news of Xinhua news agency.
