摘要
用干法灰化法和微波消解法分别对稻谷样品进行前处理检测铅的含量。结果显示,用微波消解法测得的铅含量略高于干法灰化法,且测定稳定、简便、快速,更适合于稻谷样品的前处理。
In this paper,to determinate Pb containing in paddy, we use dry-ashing method and microwave digestion method process paddy samples respectively.The result suggest that The content of lead in paddy using microwave digestion method is higher than that using dry-ashing method. The microwave digestion method is more stable and faster,which is better to the pre- treatment of paddy for determination of Pb.
