摘要 采用返滴定法来测量食用油脂中酸价,过量的氢氧化钾-乙醇标准溶液先与油脂中的脂肪酸反应,再用盐酸标准溶液与过量的氢氧化钾标准溶液反应,通过反应关系式来计算油脂中酸价。研究了实验原理、乙醇体积分数对回收率的影响、限检量和相对标准偏差,最后还用此方法检测了不同油脂中酸价,得到最低检出限为0.02 mg/g,相对标准偏差2.0%。 Back titration used herein to measure the acid value of edible oils and fats,and excess potassium hydroxide - ethanol standard solution before the reaction of the fatty acid oil,a standard solution of potassium hydroxide with hydrochloric acid is reacted with an excess of a standard solution and,by reacting to the relationship calculating oil acid value.During the ex- periment also studied the experimental principle, the impact of ethanol concentration on the results of the calibration limits and relative standard deviation ,and finally also used this method to detect acid value of different oils.The detection limit of the method was measured to obtain an amount of O.02mg/g, the relative standard deviation of 2.0%.
