摘要
针对目前居住建筑供暖系统节能改造过程中节能量测量和验证的标准及方法缺失的情况,对《节能量测量和验证技术通则》GB/T28750-2012提出的基期能耗影响因素法进行了深化研究。利用SPSS软件对北方供暖地区典型居住建筑供暖系统节能改造项目进行计算分析,得出能耗重要影响因素并建立了相关性模型,为开展第三方节能量审核和合同能源管理项目节能量的验证提供了科学的方法。通过实际工程分析了是否考虑重要影响因素导致的节能率的差异。
Aiming at the situations lack of standards and methods for measurement and verification of energy saving heating system in residential building, further researches were made to the influence factor method of base period energy consumption proposed in the national standard GB/T28750-2012 " General regulations for energy-saving measurement and verification techniques". The typical northern heating areas of residential building heating system energy saving project was calculated and analyzed by using SPSS software, the important influence factors of energy consumption were obtained and correlation models were established, which provided a scientific method to carry out third party energy-saving verification of the energy section of the energy audit and contract energy management project, whether considering the important factors was led to the differences in the rate of energy saving by the practical engineering analysis.
