Optimization of Phase-III Diversion Program of Tingzikou Water Control Project

嘉陵江亭子口水利枢纽三期工程受条件限制,提高上闸首施工强度的难度非常大,为加快三期施工进度,结合二期工程施工进展情况,在初步设计基础上提前建设升船机上闸首,将上闸首由原初步设计一枯施工改为两枯施工,实践证明取得良好的效果,为工程提前下闸蓄水和安全度汛提供了保障。

In the phase-III construction of Tingzikou Water Control Project, the construction intensity of upper lock head of ship lift is very difficult to be improved as limited construction conditions. In order to speed up the phase-III construction progress, the construction of upper lock head is advanced by considering the progress of phase-II construction, and the construction program is also changed from original designed construction period of a dry season to two dry seasons. The actual construction shows that the new program is good and provides a basis for flood control and early water impoundment.
