摘要
依托亭子口水电站厂房混凝土施工项目,通过采用合理的模板选型布置、混凝土配合比、混凝土入仓手段、混凝土施工仓面设计、混凝土浇筑过程控制、混凝土养护等措施,进行了混凝土施工过程中施工质量、机械操作、作业效率、测量监控、施工成本、环保等方面的对比、分析,重点研究并提出了合理的清水混凝土施工工艺、技术参数、质量控制等技术要点。
Based on the concrete construction of powerhouse of Tingzikou Hydropower Station, the concrete construction quality, mechanical operation, working efficiency, measuring and monitoring, construction cost and environmental protection are compared and analyzed by adopting reasonable formwork selection and layout, concrete mix proportion, concrete transport mean, placement process design, placement process control and concrete curing. The reasonable fair-faced concrete construction technology, technical parameters and quality controls are studied and proposed.
