摘要
亭子口电站机组调速器采用以微机控制器为核心组成的电液随动系统,针对在安装调试期间及投运后出现的机组开机过程中异常或开机失败等问题,分析了机组调速器系统所暴露的设计和管理缺陷。通过对调速器开机并网判据、调速器控制回路等进行改造与优化,加强设备日常的维护管理,提高了机组运行的安全稳定性。
The governors of generating units in Tingzikou Hydropower Station is an electro-hydraulic servo system which taking computer controller as core component. Because the abnormalities and failures of unit starting are occurred during the commissioning and operation, the design and operation defects of governor system are analyzed. By transforming and optimizing the grid-connecting criterion and control circuit of governor, and strengthening routine management of equipment maintenance, the safety and stability of unit operation is improved.
