In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile internet, traditional broadcast television business began to suffer violent shocks. The change of video viewing habits put new requirements to the development of traditional broadcast and television. Thus, NGB-W technology emerges, which Integrates the new Internet technologies and enables two-way interaction. It opens up a new prospect for terrestrial digital TV field. In this paper, an application scheme is proposed which combines the NGB-W and HBBTV technology. On the basis of detailed description of technical architecture for this scheme, the operational thinking and a variety of business models for terrestrial digital TV are all discussed in detail.
