代谢综合征患者中医体质分型与相关代谢指标关系研究

Study on the Relationships between TCM Constitution Types and Related Metabolic Indexes of Patients with Metabolic Syndrome

目的:探讨代谢综合征(MS)患者的中医体质分型及其与相关代谢指标的关系,为进行中医体质干预,改善偏颇体质,恢复个体健康提供客观依据。方法:采用横断面研究的方法,收集代谢综合征患者的数据指标,根据《中医体质量表》判定体质类型并观察其分布情况,采用描述性分析、Logistic回归分析等统计学方法,分析其中医体质分布规律及与相关代谢指标的关系。结果:偏颇体质占患病人群的绝大多数,偏颇体质排序分别为兼夹体质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气虚质、阳虚质、气郁质、阴虚质、特禀质,其中兼夹体质以痰湿兼血瘀质为主。经Logistic回归分析结果显示,舒张压是平和质的偏离因素,BMI是痰湿质的危险因素,高密度脂蛋白是痰湿质的偏离因素,舒张压是湿热质的危险因素,收缩压、低密度脂蛋白是血瘀质的危险因素,BMI、舒张压是血瘀质的偏离因素。结论:痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质是代谢综合征患者的主要偏颇体质,提升高密度脂蛋白,同步降低BMI、舒张压、收缩压及低密度脂蛋白水平,对改善MS患者体质、恢复健康生理状态有积极的作用。

Objective：To study the relationships between TCM constitution types and related metabolic indexes of patients with metabolic syndrome ,in order to provide an objective basis for TCM constitution interventions, improvement of biased constitution,and recovery of the health of individuals. Methods ：By means of a cross-sectional study to collect of data and indexes of patients with metabolic syndrome; in accordance with ＂TCM Constitution Scale＂ to judge the constitution types and observe their distributions; by descriptive analysis ,Logistic regression analysis etc. statistical methods, to analyze the relationships between the distribution law of TCM constitution and its related metabolic indexes. Results ： Biased constitutions were in majority,the order of biased constitutions were respectively complex constitution, phlegm7 damp,damp-heat,blood-stasis,qi-deficiency,yanginsufficiency,qi-stagnation, yin-deficiency, special innate, qi-stagnation,yin-deficiency,special innate. Among them, in complex constitution, phlegm-damp with blood-stasis was taken as main. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that diastolic blood pressure is a protective factor of moderate constitution, BMI is a risk factor of phlegm-damp constitution, HDL is the protective factor of phlegm-damp constitution, diastolic blood pressure is a risk factor of damp-heat constitution, systolic blood pressure and LDL are risk factors of blood-stasis constitution, BMI and diastolic blood pressure are protective factors of blood-stasis constitution. Conclu- sions： phlegm-damp, damp-heat, blood-stasis are main biased constitutions of patients with metabolic syndrome; to prompt： HDL, LDL, BMI, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure etc. indexes are closely related to the im- provement of constitution of patients with MS and the recovery of healthful physiological state.
