摘要
本文通过三阶段DEA-Malmquist指数模型,对我国31省2006-2010年网络信息资源配置效率进行分析。研究结果表明:1剔除环境变量影响前,在2006-2010这5年间我国网络信息资源全要素生产率呈现改善趋势,我国网络信息资源配置全要素生产率的增长主要依赖技术进步;2人均GDP正相关网络信息资源配置效率、一周更新率负相关;3剔除环境变量影响后,全要素生产率增长率低于调整前值,其原因主要在于技术效率改进和技术进步率被高估。
The paper makes an analysis on web information resource allocation efficiency from 2006 to 2010 in 31 provinces of our country through Malmquist index of three-stage DEA model. The results dem- onstrate that: first, the efficiency of total factor productivity (TFP) is showing a tendency to improve during the period of 5 years from 2006 to 2010 before eliminating the influence of environmental variables. The TFP growth of Chinese web information resource depends on technical progress. Second, the per capita GDP is positively related to web information resource allocation efficiency while week update rate is nega- tively related to. Third, the production efficiency after the adjustment in less than the production efficien- cy before the adjustment thanks to overestimate efficiency improvement and technology progress.
