摘要
面对日益复杂的情报竞争环境态势,企业的情报保护工作压力重重,反竞争情报的体系建设与工作开展都迫在眉睫。论文分析并构建了企业的反竞争情报体系建设及运行模型,设计了涵盖"体系运行设计、体系要素建设以及体系运行成效"的反竞争情报体系建设的评估指标体系,并探讨了适用该体系的评估方法。以期从体系建设评估的角度,探讨并推动企业的反竞争情报体系建设与反竞争情报工作开展。
Facing the increasingly complex intelligence competition environment, enterprises＇ intelli- gence protection work is under pressure. The construction and implementation of Counter-Competitive In- telligence （CCI） system become extremely urgent. The paper analyzes the construction and operation mod- el of CCI system, as well as proposes and designs the evaluation index system of CCI system construction including operation design, elements construction and results of system. At last, it probes into the basic evaluation methods suitable for the CCI system.
