健中化湿颗粒治疗功能性腹泻脾气虚型疗效分析

目的:观察健中化湿颗粒治疗功能性腹泻脾气虚型的临床疗效。方法:180例随机分为两组,治疗组93例给予健中化湿颗粒口服,对照组87例给予蒙脱石散、双歧三联活菌胶囊口服,观察治疗2个疗程(4周)。结果:总有效率治疗组94.7%,对照组81.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组主要临床症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健中化湿颗粒治疗功能性腹泻脾气虚型疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on functional diarrhea of deficiency of spleen Qi treated by Jianzhong Huashi Granules. Method： 180 eases were divided into 2 groups randomly. 93 cases were treated with Jianzhong Huashi Granules by oral administration as the study group while 87 cases were treated with montmorillonite powder and bifid-triple viable capsule by oral administration as the control group, with 2 treatment courses＇ （4 weeks） observation. Result： The total effective rate was 94.7% in the study group and 81.5% in the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05） . The improvement of main symptom of the study group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Jianzhong Huashi Granules have good therapeutic effect on functional diarrhea of deficiency of spleen Qi.
