摘要
简要介绍了模态分析的基本原理,应用Pro/E三维软件建立了直齿圆柱齿轮实体模型;详细介绍了基于有限元分析软件ANSYS进行齿轮模态分析的过程,包括单元类型选择、材料属性定义、网格划分、施加约束、模态设置等;重点分析了齿数、模数、齿宽这三个参数对齿轮模态的影响,特别是对各阶固有频率的影响。
The basic principle of modal analysis is briefly introduced, the straight tooth cylindrical gear solid model is estab-lished by using 3D Pro/ E software, the process of gear modal analysis is described based on finite element analysis software ANSYS in detail which including the unit type selection, definition of material properties, meshing, constraint, mode settings. And the influence of the number of teeth, modulus, tooth width is analyzed on gear mode, especially the influence on the nat-ural frequencies.
