结冰风洞腹撑系统研制及动态特性分析

摘要 飞行器在高空飞行时由于外表面结冰而导致的坠毁惨剧多次发生,研制高精度的、用于飞行器大载荷模型结冰试验的结冰风洞腹撑系统对飞行器的防除冰技术的研究具有重要意义。完成了结冰风洞腹撑系统总体结构方案;针对腹撑系统所处的恶劣环境,通过自主创新设计,研制了全新的迎角、侧滑角机构的结构形式。使用大型通用有限元软件MSC.Nastran,对腹撑系统的强度、刚度和动态特性进行了研究,同时总结了设计制造过程中的不足。调试、精度检测、负载性能试验表明该系统达到了初步设计目的。 Aircraft crash tragedy occurred frequently owing to the outer surface icing as flying at high altitude, It's very impor-tant significance that we develop high precision, large load icing wind tunnel ventral strutting system for study aircraft anti-ic-ing and de-icing technology. The overall structure scheme of the icing wind tunnel ventral strutting system was completed. The structure of the the angle of attack and the sideslip angle mechanism was developed through independent innovation de-sign. studied the strength,stiffness and the dynamics characteristics using the finite element software MSC. NASTRAN,and summarized the deficiency of design and manufacturing process. Through debugging, accuracy test, load test, it shows that the system design achieves preliminary objective.
