摘要
自动猫道机是用于实现钻具自动上下钻台的装置,可大大提高劳动效率。为了研究自动猫道机起升钢丝绳的受力特性,提高系统的安全性,根据猫道机的运动特征,建立了简化的力学模型,对钢丝绳的各个运动位置进行受力计算,并利用ADAMS软件对起升过程进行动态仿真,模拟钢丝绳的受力,对简化的力学模型进行验证。结果表明,钢丝绳受力分析是正确的,模型简化是合理的。该受力模型为猫道机钢丝绳设计选型提供了理论基础,同时也提出了新的研究思路。
Automatic catwalk machine is a device used for realizing automatic upper and lower drill floor which can greatly im-prove the efficiency of labor. In order to study hoisting wire rope force characteristics of the machine and improve the security of the system, according to the motion characteristics of the machine, the article established a simplified mechanical model, calculated the force of the wire rope of each movement, and simulated the lifting process by using ADAMS software, for simu-lating the force of wire rope, and verifying the simplified mechanical model. The results show that the force analysis of wire rope is correct, the simplified model is reasonable. The simplified model provides theoretical basis for the design and selection of wire rope, and puts forward a new research idea.
