摘要
运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对复合板应用于汽车保险杠进行了仿真模拟,根据保险杠低速碰撞试验规范-SAEJ2319,把不同厚度比的PP/低碳钢复合板保险杠与单层的PP保险杠和单层低碳钢保险杠的碰撞性能进行对比,分析所得出的变形,加速度,碰撞应力应变,能量等特征参数后发现复合板的碰撞综合性能较好,其中厚度比为2:1的PP/低碳钢复合板碰撞综合性能最好。为PP/低碳钢复合板运用于汽车保险杠的可能性提供了参考依据。
Using the ANSYS/ LS-DYNA software to simulate a composite plate which is used in automobile bumper. Accord-ing to the bumper collision test specification -SAEJ2319, after comparing the collision performance of different thickness ratio of PP/ low carbon steel composite plate bumper, the single layer of PP bumper and the single layer of low carbon steel bump-er, and analyzing the deformation, the impact acceleration, stress and strain energy and other characteristic parameters, we found that composite plate has a better comprehensive properties. Especially, the thickness ratio is 2:1 PP/ low carbon steel composite plate and has the best collision performance. The result provides a reference basis for the possibility of PP/ low car-bon steel composite plate which can be used in automobile bumper.
