摘要
针对雷达举升系统复杂及液压冲击引起的系统振动,笔者从背架机构、受力状态、液压系统、仿真等方面进行了详细分析设计,利用AMESim软件采用级联法建立了多级缸的液压模型,并对系统进行了仿真。在不同工况下液压缸推力曲线图的分析结果表明,建立的三级缸模型能较好的模拟系统的运动状态。
Aiming at the complexity of the radar lifting system and system vibration caused by hydraulic shock. The detailed design and analysis are made from the back rack, stress state, hydraulic system, simulation and other aspects in the paper. The hydraulic model of the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder is built using AMESim software and cascading method, and simula-tion. The analysis results of hydraulic cylinder thrust graph under different conditions shows that the three-cylinder model can simulate the motion state of the system well.
