摘要
介绍在大批量加工龙筋定位销孔工况下,一种专用数控高精度要求机床的零部件选型过程及研发该专机的技术背景,详述了其工作原理及主要结构,介绍了机床核心尺寸的设计原则及分析。从解决矛盾的角度,以加工实验为手段,分析了本机床的研发价值。
The parts' selection process of a special precision CNC machine tool and technical background of the plane's devel-opment are introduced in high-volume processing Long dowel hole conditions. Its working principle and the main structure are detailed, the design principles and of tool's core size is introduced. From the perspective of resolving contradictions, taking experiments as the method, the research and development value of the machine are analyzed.
