摘要
纤维滤棒成型机的布带通过烟枪时应尽可能对中运行,通过人工转动调节旋钮实现布带在烟枪中的正确位置。改进后的纠偏装置是由手动纠偏演变而来,通过控制器实现从检测到纠偏一系列连续动作的自动处理。实际应用证明改进后的布带纠偏装置能够提高机组的运行效率,降低原辅材料的消耗量。
The tape of filter rod maker should be as far as possible to run through the garniture centerline, the correct position of tape in the garniture is achieved by turning the adjustment knob. The improved corrective device is evolved from manually correcting way. Through controller, the implement from detection to automatic corrective is achieved. Practical application shows that the improved tape guide device elevates the running efficiency of the machine and reduces material consumption.
